Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it without any additional charge. However, once the order status changes to In Preparation, it can no longer be canceled as it is in the process of being made.

Quality Concerns

If your order does not meet our high standards for quality, please contact us immediately via orchardmist.site or +39 06 9981 1234. We will require photographic evidence of the product and an explanation of the issue. If your claim is justifiable, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Delivery Issues

Issues with delivery such as delays or damage caused during transit must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for damage or delays once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, but we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you or provide a refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. If that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds will be made in €.

Exceptions

No refunds will be given for products that have been consumed or for orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer leading to a failed delivery. Our refund policy does not cover complaints filed more than 24 hours after the delivery time.
