'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' originated from a modest aspiration: to introduce sincere Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Initiated by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our restaurant emerged as a humble family-managed venture, proud of its ancestral recipes.

Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our establishment, honed her pizza-crafting skill across Italy, gleaning wisdom from Neapolitan pizza maestros. With her return to the UK, she was infused with a purpose to recreate that quintessential Italian pizza charm, adhering to age-old techniques and sourcing supreme ingredients.

Starting out as a small place with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished community centerpiece, yet our dedication to excellence and originality remains steadfast. We stick with the traditional wood-fired ovens, bake our dough daily, and seek out top-notch ingredients without fail.

Today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still woven into the family fabric, with the Rossi household's next generation taking the reins of our spirited crew. Amidst slight modern upgrades, the essence of our venture endures: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that bring folks together.
